Exyreme slow now and all movies over and under 2GB buffering. Overloading now when streamlare have to many users and not update. Please resolve it soon and update fast for speed.

We will be adding more servers next week, we have also fixed the error code video by deleting the temporary cache file that was saved on the server but was never used.

i am using Poster Grid Size option
1x1 however after uploading the video they automatically convert to Poster Grid Size
4x4 ( about 30% of my videos it converted to 4x4 ) ... can you fix this ?

I'm using Streamlare as my main player but the error above is preventing me from getting the 1x1 poster as "featured image"

hmm,, let me check this our, probably because the video already exist on the database so we only copy the data without updating the poster.

I checked these videos right before Christmas and they worked fine. Not a nice surprise.
