i think @UploadShip need to look at it from everyones perspective:
(obviously not correct money stats will be right but price for example)
you're a business
we make $10 per 1k
you make $30 per 1k
obviously you need to pay for servers etc etc, everyone understands that.
now we can understand the saving/lack of counts, most hosts do that
but uve been in business for 2 years
paying say 5k from the amount that u would of made so far should be nothing.
yes a loss on ur side, but thats business
you cannot say: hey we made 100k this year but cant afford to pay u this month. dont like it, we'll delete your account & you cant do anything about it.
you cannot say: in 3 months time we will fix it all, u just wont be paid in the mean time.
you cannot say: we'll pay you $50 but lower ur balance
the 5k you may pay out will be alot cheaper than the amount of future income you will lose.
take it on the chin as a loss, keep your workers/customers happy

We didn't get any Profit from them to add them to unpaid earnings but we are planning to cover them in the future from our own Profit
What of I told you We make $10.5 profit and Pay you $10 every 1000 Downloads ?
We said it before we share almost 97% of all our Profit resources with our users and we will keep doing that

That mean the Pending Payments right now will remain pending because of the damage that we received from our clean ads until will solve the problem.
The upcoming payments from now on will be proceed within 10 days from the time you request payment, it might take hours or days depending on the situation.

Currently working with "katfile.com" and just added "Rapidgator.net" (they are all giving us a PREMIUM account).
And of course some other "Video Hosting" providers.
