So i literally logged in here just to reply to this topic because of all these stupid and idiotic replies
For your question it depends ...
1) You need conversion servers - High end servers that can convert the videos using the encoding settings that you have entered
2) You need data/bw severs - these would not need to be highend in terms of cpu but need to have good amount of storage and bw
If you are doing legal stuff then - ovh and hetzner cheap stuff cheap bw
if meh then leaseweb 100tb servers ... check webhostingtalk for better deals and stay away from stupid replies
