No, it means you can watch a small screen whiles browsing other webpages. Its normally next to the full screen button, in the bottom right of the screen.

When I try to sign up it either says email address already used which I'm pretty sure I haven't signed up to the site before. Does the same thing for other addresses. When I try the forgot password option to check then it shows an error page.
