Hello,

Hi, I wanted to know why the subtitles were hardcoded on the video ? They're in the video and I can't remove them with the menu as if they had been hardcoded with the video, combined (i upload mkv with no hardcoded subtitles just srt). Then I wanted to know how to upload with the api? I couldn't find any documentation or links.

I wonder why users like this allowed being on this forum? Who just simply ignore their customers and scam. I wish the administration of this forum would do something...

This is really sad. I have been with Onlystream and Verystream and they died but they paid all their debts!
 
@BennyMentor When did u request for payment. Sometimes it takes time to get payment . I had once waited for more than 10 days.
Luckily this time I got paid within 6 days. I have been using Videoko from April and so far been paid.

It's been 4 days, still under pending status. Contacted admin - no response.

I have been with them for more than 2 months and I can assure you that IT's NOT DAILY PAYMENT in practice. Generally it takes a week to sometimes 2 week at max (based upon my experience) .

Well, its not me who claimed daily payouts. If you promise daily payouts - you must do so.

Lol see who is shouting for payment who blocked our ads and by mistake we pay you 3 payments which you have to refund us using our resources and shouting on us doesn't make any sense.

sir i know you payd me twice and your business is legit
but chnage your thread and dont say (daily payment) because you never send daily money so this is not right
you pay after long time after request but not daily
if you chnage = everyone be happy and not think you scam
now they think you scam cuz you say daily and you not daily
