WebOS is the smart TV’s system. And yes, subtitles should work fine there as well since WebOS is mainly supporting VTT subtitles, which is why also we always prefer VTT more than SRT since all devices that supports SRT are also supprting VTT but modern devices such as WebOS devices and AppleTV are only accepting VTT, specially when the subtitle is delivered over-air like when you do screen mirroring which is a common thing for movies/tv shows watchers.

We don't offer free RDP's, since that page was private and we were testing things only. But however, I won't give you my back while you're disappointed, so I will prepare you an RDP with a free month since you already tried to get it. These are just 3, and the other concepts aren't ready yet. There is more than 30 concepts who are still in the design stage yet. We will share the other 30+ concepts once they're ready, but check these 3 concepts for now and let us know your feedbacks so in case there is something that we should consider, we will not it for the other designers who are still designing the other concepts.

Yes. I noticed that this the first weekend since more than 3 months that buffering starts.
Since more than 3 months everything was running smoothly but due spike in registration we faced the past week it seems like we need to extend/expand our resources ability. I will order more servers which should be delivered within 24 hours max, and add them into our collection so get everything on the proper track back again.

Yes, since March. We're no longer dealing with exchangers or third parties, but process them by ourselves. In this way we can process them on the weekends and also reduce the fees for couple of methods and also pay the fees on our users behalf for BTC method.
