AVS aka Adult Video Script is good but if you're on a budget & want to do hobby project i can recommend you wps script themes. wps themes will just do the job at reasonable price

Note: i also use WP-Script theme for my pornwis.com hobby project

you can't change size but yes you can set thumbnail. you can even set thumbnail slide for each video
