Dear, as I said: Payouts are still issued in less than couple of hours usually, and thank you for confirming that. But the situation of @wlluminati is different considering the amount he requested. You got your payout in less than 24 hours since it's an average amount, so you can't compare your situation to other partner with different one. Anyway, he will receive his payout tonight besides all BTC payouts bigger than $1,000. Payouts from $400-$1,200 usually take 72 business hours unlike the smaller ones which takes less than 2 hours.

Usually, less than 2 hours as I said. We never guaranteed the 2 hours ETA, ever. The guaranteed ETA is 24-48 hours only. And PayPal payouts issued in less than 24 hours, but BTC got delayed until today, and they will be issued tonight.
