With all respects @GO Unlimited Could you check the buffering servers instead of replying that ungratefull user? I still have problems with buffering in a lot of videos in my website. Also, your time its very usefull for those users still waiting for the compensation, and keep replying constantly to LadyK doesn't help us so much. I think it's better invest time to the users working hard.

We need you bader! :)

Some of the servers we ordered urgently were not the ones we prefer, due to their low configuration compared to what we want, but as I said, it was urgent, so we didn't want to waste more time waiting and added the stock our partners in OVH have of servers.

But now, things are working smoothly, and much better, so we gonna replace those urgent resources with the configuration we prefer.

We will start from tonight. So you guys should be able to see much better streaming stability and upload speed by tomorrow, since half of our current resources are worse than our usual.

Currently
, 114 server is scheduled for a replacement with better one, and the other 146 server are just fine, since they're matching the targeted configuration.

I will keep you all posted about this.

Uploading with ZOOM Fails uploads many times at 100%, but Files still appear in gounlimited.

I am disabling all old servers which may cause this issue.
I will replace all of them with the proper ones by today maximum.

Nice to know I could skip 4 pages of posts and not miss a damn thing. Anyway, this might be seen if a certain person would stop being a keyboard warrior and buzz off.

@GO Unlimited I have a few episodes that are broken. I've already attempted to reupload them three times, left them in queue all the way to completion (only 1 is still there) however they still don't work correctly. Is there something wrong with my file or perhaps the upload?

Within 4 hours maximum, if not earlier, all new servers will be added. I already added 50% of them, and working on the rest, while it's 00:16 at the moment right here.

When I am done, I will update all of you here and there should be no buffering by then at all, since the resources we will be having is the same exact ones we used to have before this situation, and for more info, read this post:

6 days ago I uploaded videos massively and now I continue to publish them on my website and it turns out that I was surprised that today they are removed from my account and I will hardly publish them ?? What happens I am trying to reset everything and delete the files just 6 days after uploading ???

Is your membership Trusted?
 
My account is not trustworthy, that is, the files only last 6 days if they are inactive?
There is no specific expire date for unTrusted memberships. It depends on how many files you upload and the storage you consume besides that views you gain, which is zero in your case for 6 days as you said.

If you need your files to remain for a longer period (up to 60 days of inactivity) you can send us a request to mark your membership as Trusted. You can read more details here.

Hello! Today I noticed a drop in statistics and I am realizing that many videos have the legend: "Video embed restricted for this domain".

What can be? I never edited something in settings

I added all of the new servers. All new uploads should be handled by then and there should be no buffering with these new files at all.

As for the previous data, I would say 35% of them are stored on the lowe configuration servers, so we gonna start the transfer process for them from now, and I expect that all of them should be on the new servers within 72 hours maximum.

So in short language:
New uploads should be forwarded to new servers which should work more than perfect, and %35 of previous data are stored on servers which may buffer in peak times, but they're in transfer process into the proper servers and the process should be completed within 72 hours maximum.
