I am currently studying a new logic to implement regarding the web upload. If my studies shows good results then we should be able to implement this logic within 72 hours.
 
I know about the overload. That's why I'm very patient and not really all that worried. It's more or less just bringing it to the attention of the staff.

However I am stuck at #102 of the conversion process.

Bringing these informations to my attention help us to solve them faster. Thanks for keeping me posted and sorry for the troubles.
I will get everything related to the upload process into good stand very shortly.

This time of day takes a lot of patience to get things uploaded. I would recommend uploading in a few hours if you can wait that long.

If I didn't have to work I would wait as well.
 
Upload with Zoom was bad the entire day. it fails at 0% and only very few upload start.
It got better when you said you improved it. but doesnt last very long. (i'd say 30min or so)
 
Cannot connect to FTP, Web Upload doee work sometimes and sometimes not. Zoom uploader doesn't work, New Videos are buffering and cannot be played...

Uploading doesn't work even using a multiuploader like MirrorAce...

Just reporting...
 
It's getting even worse now. These uploaded via the webuploader since FTP isn't working again. This is my queue for 2 episodes.

FTP not working but webupload is fine. It maybe slow at the start or stuck in Initializing step for a while but it would go faster to the end, be patient.

And thanks for compensation, always glad to be a partner with you, GOU

When compensation will be added to my account? I saw the message to send email with my acc name, reupoaded files, january revenue and wj username. So, how long it takes?
