It is only this server, others pay within 48 hours after requesting payment, I do not understand why they take so long to pay

I received a CryptoVoucher and when I tried to enter the code I got this error : "invalid voucher code" :unamused:, this is the first time I receive an invalid code from uploaded, does anyone already had this error before ? And did uploaded sent you a new code ?
