The buffering is limited to specific servers that we're currently fixing while replying your message. The streaming stability is much better compared to when the migration started as only 10% of our servers are currently buffering and the rest are working as expected. Just try any other host and you would know the situation with us is the best at the moment.
Additionally, there is a yellow notice in My Account page that describes the buffering situation in details, did you read it?

Not sure how it was (done incorrectly). It's either hasn't been encoded or it has been, but for the first time I hear such report (done incorrectly).
However, I will follow your PM for additional informations.
ive uploaded 8 over the past day or so and none have been converted. They have been uploaded to server fs78 if that is any help
