Ordered and paid over 24 hours ago but still my RDP is not delivered.

Also support doesn't reply. No replies on tickets for over 24 hours. No Skype reply also.

What's going on here?

That was the problem ... there were no replies on my support ticket for over 24 hours. And no Skype reply either.

Answer your tickets diligently and people don't have to come here. And perhaps you should start using your online support too like before, 'Luis'.

Anyway after approx 36 hours my order was delivered.

What's happening with RDP ... I write to support 3 days they spin out, I dont have Thumbnail me, I cant login on rdp ... If you cant provide me what I need please refund me
