Incredible i writing you by 2 months and you again was not able to do nothing for unlock my ip ... im premium user by years and I CANT use my account for download my files but i can only Upload... this is your behaviour?? this is the way that one serious host Work???? also one reply is always gently to give if one user ask to support something, its not polite IGNORE and dont make nothing for solve problem.
