You change is BAD, star the service with DOWNLOAD SPEED of 1 mbps to 1.5 mbps for guest
Today down the speed in 600 kbps, you host with this change only the visitors down PDF, DOC, epub, and files in little space
but I upload files of more of 1 GB.
Think that you service soon is PPS and Bye to PPD.
We don't plan to make service PPS, but we make this changes because we face many problems from spammers last days .. so we safe our host and keep server stable from spammers downloads
as I said this for guest users, not for registers and premium

About rates we have banned from many ads company, so if we need paid at time and be stable need to down until find other solutions.
Down rates at this time and paid at time better than stop hosting, right?
