Hey! I requested payout on 7th Feb via payoneer and on 17th Feb I received an email saying that your payoneer has been blocked and if I want I give my paypal to receive the money and the money will be deposited withing 12 hours. I said in that case I would like to receive them via Bitcoins and asked if you provided bitcoin payments. The person said Yes and then I provided my bitcoin wallet address on 22nd FEB.
After that day there has been no reply from you guys nor have I received my money. It is 28th Feb today and over 20 days since I requested payout. Sent you emails as well but there is no reply!

Please resolve this as soon as possible.

@KatFile thx the plan change now I have a new error. After uploading a video I get this error and the video remain unsaved , I have to reupload the video many times to be saved
