last time i tried them they were one of the best but currently the URL upload is dead
web upload is less than 200 kbps speed so it's impossible to work
i was trying to come back to this host after i left vidcloud but it seems like impossible to work here anymore

users saying that since a very long time as i see and the support still saying they will solve it this week
i don't know which week is that but you need to improve the situation

Sorry for the frustration caused. We are a startup and we are not a mature company yet. (This is not an excuse, every startup face this problem before scaling it) However, we are working on the process to solve the problem ASAP. We had many complaints regarding Video encoding issue and we had to prioritize this issue to solve the problem on long-waiting time for video encoding. We added an additional server for video encoding only and now we can encode more videos in a shorter time. Now we are working on adding the server to speed-up the URL upload.

Hi, I have a pending payment 48 hours ago of $84.63. The past payments did not take more than 24 hrs. in being applied.

I request a 20 $ payment the same day as you and it's still pending. I'm glad to see that it's not just me they're probably updating some thing idk
 
Due to some problem in our PayPal, Payout request from March 6th will all be processed from 14th of March. Sorry for any inconvenience.

But the good news is, we have also upgraded our servers :)
