No price is $12.99 and $3 is Merchant fee . PPS at the moment is 63%
For example every sale, We pay on visa master 25%
on local method 35%
on paypal reseller 20%

When we sell by visa master we got $11.99 and pay 8.15 to you and $1.5 to datacenter and $2.33 is our profit.
