I stay with this RDP since long. Now I think they are out of business. They install Antivirus on RDP, slow speed. Please try to avoid this service. I don’t prefer this service also I told my other friends to avoid this service. SCAM.
 
Big scammer . no reply . no support . I can not access my rdp. I ask him refund. no refund. no renew.

We have a bad news for you. The current server which you were using crashed..The data and everything went. We tried our best to save it, but couldn't.

But, we also have a good news for you. The new server which we have has latest processor and 10Gbps connectivity at the same cost.

After 30 minutes I open old RDP and I saw all files there and nothing crashed, even today I work upto 10.45 AM.

How @pankaj says The current server which you were using crashed?

Did you think we are are idiot? Please transfer all data to new server as earlier.
 
The datacenter clearly told that its suspended and data is lost. We tried requesting help from them but it was of no use..they unsuspended for few hours but not again.
 
@pankaj you got enough time to transfer, then why you can not do this? If server crash then why I saw my data on OLD RDP?

It'll better your all post and thread will be deleted from here because you don’t serve us properly. You got more than 12 hours then why you can not send email to me or us ?

You misuse this platform at Wjunction. I hope all user make such complain regarding your service.

Still RDP Down and still now you don’t transfer my data. As far as I know that we pay you regularly but you don’t pay your provider and for that reason your account terminated. This is cheating and I don’t tolerate at any cost. You need to provide my urgent files as soon as possible.

I hope Wjunction will take necessary action against you and they don’t support fraudulent activity.

What happened I payed for my rdp yesterday and I dont receive anything whats this scam ???? I open many tickets but I dont receive any reply !
