Please,I was given free one year premium a few days ago, but now when I try to download something, I get a message saying that I am almost out of bandwidth and I need to upgrade to a new premium plan if I want to keep downloading at premium speed.when I checked my profile, I still had a lot of storage space but available bandwidth was 0B out of 0B.Please what should I do,was the free one year premium fake?.I would really appreciate a reply.thanks
I don't earn that much,but since I currently have a premium account expiring next year October,but with 0B out of 0B band with,what do I do?.if I purchase another premium just to get some bandwith,will it cancel the free one year premium I was given?or can one pay for bandwith separately ?
