Dear Wjunction Users,

I'm Harvey and i will be your manager here regarding RapidVideo.com. I would like to introduce our video service.​

Player Settings: Use your own logo in the player, remove titles and descriptions, activate anti-adblock, hide source links by obfuscating the code, and add a backlink for your logo

We have our own-made scripts and configurations, so the videos encodings will start immediately, without seeing “Buffering 0%” Our stream is excellent, including asian countries.

You can upload in multiple Threads through the Browser Upload after the video is upload a link/embed code will be generated.

Breakdown of Features:
- Up to 1080p HD Quality. We have also 480p and 720p.
- Support for mobile Phones
- Support for HTML5 as Primary
- Useful Video Manager with Folders Management, Export functions and categorizing Videos.
- Multi-Threads supported Upload Formular
- z-o-o-m uploader tool support
- Good streaming speed, it works with every slow internet connection too.
- Unlimited space / Almost no delete from inactivity, only when there is limited space, we will delete the files that haven’t been viewed in awhile (1 to 2 months).
- SRT subs support

Copyright Content, that you don't have the rights for the content is strictly prohibited, please respect copyright.
Adult content is allowed also, if you want to upload adult content, you can also use www.bitporno.com , there is a thread here too.
Adult is allowed on RapidVideo.com and BitPorno.com.
You will be locked if you try to manipulate our system, such i.e. as spamming, fake traffic sending, hotlinking videos
Any violations of these rules will have your account permanently disabled and earnings forfeited if no solution is possible.

What are the limitations?
Storage: None.
Traffic: None.
All files can removed after 60days of inactivity. To bypass it, you can buy Premium.

How we count views:
We count up to 3 view per vistors for each user. For example, if you view five different videos from same user, it’ll be 3 views. If you view the same video 5 times it will be 3 view too.

How to add SRT subs to videos?
Click on CC, then select the language and upload the srt file

Rewards have been changed to max 1 $ again which is one fourth of what it was yesterday?! Honestly, are you serious?

I was gonna give Rapidvideo another chance because of good speeds and encodings working again.
Somehow I had the premonition that after reactivating the partner program rapidvideo tried to get back users and after a short while the conditions would be changed again. And I was right. This sucks so bad!

I always receive lot of requests that the rewards is too low, no matter if they are high, so it has been adjusted to face the current reality, because of a lot lowered advertising income, I dont want RapidVideo go broke, sorry. I am tired of these users now.
 
Simply adding more ad companys does not fix it, we are doing server re-constructions at the moment, for the efforts in optimizing our quality, costs and etc.
 
^^ You call it "optimizing your costs". I call it "rip off your uploaders once again" .

You might already have forgotten that just a month ago you suspended the partner program completely and made revenue just on your own.
Adjusting to the difficult market situation: Okay. You had your "free month" to recover! Then you return with fair rates which last a week or so, destryoing it by changing everything again.

Really, I can understand that the situation is difficult but obviously you are not able to offer a stable system or calculation nor any kind of continuity. I wonder why other video hosts can offer a stable rewards system where one does not need to check hourly if rates have been lowered or suspended... Are you running a business or kindergarten?

If you think that your users are stupid and accomodate with all your decisions - fine. If you think that you do not need uploaders who get their fair share - fine. Then continue like this, upgrade your servers etc. but do not whine when noone wants your service any longer. Oh I forgot: as you said before most of the people uploading to rapidvideo do this just for fun. LOL, sure! :-)
 
We offer true 720p and 1080p. store 4 formats, etc, it causes us big costs and risk. I opened rewards due to "begging" from users, normally it is not possible with that ad rates right now. The side effects, that we have to save money on encodings, etc and you will get very slow encodings instead, if you want to get full 40$ tier1 rewards..

Do you really think, we are a charity company and gives you free money. Sorry no, lol.

Sure, you can go to other host, no problem. All video hosts have problems right now, you can see.

We always focus on offering quality service and make normal people happy with great speeds.
 
Thanks for your reply. I try to understand your situation and no, I don't see you as a charity company.

If the advertising situation is as bad as you say then maybe you should not always stick to your "highest quality thought" when this does not cover the costs (anymore) or at least think about it.
You offer a great service and I do not want to criticize you all the time but believe me: people do not stay with no rewards or your all-time changes. I've been in the business for years and I'm not saying this to annoy you but trying to point this out to you in a friendly way from my experience.
Suggestion from me: do not touch the partner program and offer up to 1080p just for power uploaders with lots of views or those files which are frequently used. As long as people can batch upload tons of stuff with free instant 1080p encoding of course this makes it expensive and uses lots of ressources. Also leads to mass abuse of your storage and encoding capacities.

Just my 50 cents. Well, good luck. Hope you make the right decisions for your services.

My question has been answered on slow encoding..... :ok_hand:
 
I tink in my opinion if the team from RapidVideo started from beginning with 4-5 pop-ups and had a good system for uploaders who really get views , let's say over 10k / day to have priority at upload and encode (all the formats) and for spammers or uploaders who upload a lot but they don't get the same views or not at all to have a limited account at uploading (a number of 50) and encoding (only the first format 360p) to enforce users not to spam or use this site for hosting. Now anyone who want to join rapidvideo can upload everything because some of you here was complaining about pop-ups and no earnings or payments and other stuff like that. And good host needs funding , if Openload with a single format have a certain number of pop-ups , Rapidvideo needs to have double or triple than that.It's simple math. Now we are where we are because of some of you here.
 
I implemented the pirority encoding system just now (was in beta for last 2 months), anyone who have over 5000 views per day will get faster encodes, the system will know that the user is legit and are using RapidVideo.

So this has to made, to prevent our systems from spamming and for peaceful minds.

So, when you going to enable remote upload again?
 
Server is good. The encoding is also good. (Mail system is bad, it goes to spam folder every time). Stop complaining unless they won't pay you.
 
The first ad opens in the same tab as the video, and the video is moved to another tab. If the user pauses the video and start again later, a new ad opens in the same tab as the video, so the video starts from the beggining. Is an error or it is correct?

Your account doesn't meet the mininum requirement at least 5000 views per day.

We are still improving and adapting ourselves to new ad market situation.

Can you try with lower ad settings?, i think its issue with one of our ad network provider on the high ads settings.
