Sorry for waiting, we improved a lot in recent days, summary of changes following:
- more encoder servers, independent from our streaming servers now. We still set up the remaining servers up.
- our CDN is completed, your files is mirrored in multiple server locations, to make sure your viewer is able to watch 1080p streams, even our asia users from countries such as Thailand enjoys that.
- we have also hot content servers in multiple locations, so no problems with high bandwidth consuming files.
- our Premium offers is ready soon, we are integrating the last steps with payment processors.
- more payout options added such as etherneum, bitcoin cash, bitcoin gold, litecoin, anything a cryptocurrency we forgot?
- we will maybe set only for bitcoin min payout to 50$ or set a 10$ fee on every transaction, as the result of network overload.
- stability updates has been done on our backend, but we start to work on frontend now.
PayPal and Payoneer payments is also possible, but only for loyal users with mininum 1 year registiered and many views.

The video have to be encoded first.
Only for more than 1 year registiered users with many views.
Not possible for us, we have to develop our own plugins.
Bitcoin network is overloaded right now and every transaction costs 5-10$ fee, there is no point in paying out many 10$'s with that at this moment. We wait for bitcoin network to be cleared.
Thats why we added other payout options, that is faster.
You require to wait for encodings first or you uploaded the wrong video format.

Same situation, all mp4 files, but only some of it are encoded into video files, some unable to play even when its a mp4 file
Thats correct, right now at this moment, uploaded mp4 will not play instantly from source mp4 until the encoding is finished.

Not sure if you understood what do we mean, given one example. We uploaded 10 videos last night, till now been 12 hours, its a short 2 minutes video for all 10 videos, but only 8 videos are able to play, except other 2, clicking on the play button, it just display the play button.
You try to upload few videos now and you will see where is the problem.
Reuploading and waiting 5-6 hours still the same outcome.

It means, this video is not converted yet. As we said before, we are still adding more encoder servers and our backend was updated, so for short time, the source mp4 play is not working, we update it soon.

@RapidVideo Hello as I told you before now it is impossible to use bitcoin with 10$ payouts, can you please rejected my pending payouts with bitcoin to request with another one cryptocurrency please?

So this is the reason for late payments.
If that is the reason and in the mean time you added option for other cryptocurencies (I have asked payout before you added new curencies) please cancel my request so I can make new request.

Those users who have already one pending payout, if he request for more, it will added to his current pending payout only, not a new pending payout. The sum will be summarized in the first open payout only.

Since yesterday my uploaded videos can't be played at all, even when they're "encoded" even tho it says all qualities are done it doesn't show any quality on the video so it can't be played... here's one that's already processed and doesn't work https://www.rapidvideo.com/v/FLLI4QEO9M
