OMG, when I use free VPN service via vpnbook.com I got 2MB/s ?!?
Tested to your c61 server: with VPN - 2MB/s, without VPN - 700 KB/s
This is strange.

Even 2mb is very low buddy, our line is 1000mbps so you should get around 10-14mb upload if you are uploading from 1000mbps as well.

If a file get at-least 1 click per 2 months, that file will NOT be deleted. But files which is not getting even a single click during a 2 months period will be automatically deleted
