I want to clarify that we don't have any relationship with that host and we didn't give them the permission to copy/paste any information from MexaShare so it's a clear steal, and since that host has an official thread here so I reported that violation to the admin of this forum.
 
can you please reduced the timer to at least 90sec instead of 180 sec. What the purpose of this timer? Is it to make sure your ads on the site to go through the system?

Thank you again for the suggestion but sorry there is still no update about that. some specific issues about our features I cannot explain in public but actually it's not ads issue... by the way we are reducing our countdown sometimes to 90 and even to 60 in some long tests we make from time to time so there is still a possibility to permanently reduce the current countdown but I cannot determine when.

It's still possible but I cannot promise you about that... soon we will try to make a new longer test with shorter countdown and then we will reduce it permanently if the result was positive.

Thank you for the suggestion .... countdown has been reduced to 90 seconds now as a long test and I hope we will be able to keep it so permanently, or even reduce to 60 second later.
 
I want to clarify that the purpose of setting a long countdown was completely technical and as most of you noticed our service went down intermittently in the past few hours and actually the reason of that was completely interior and relating to countdown issue, and actually that's what I was worry about before setting a shorter countdown.

Excuse me if I didn't give more technical details about that issue in public.

We will try to keep countdown at 90 if we made sure it will not affect again the performance of our service.

If you notice again any downtime or even a slowness in our service in the coming few hours please report it immediately.

@Remixed ... No actually it was reduced for almost 12 hours since yesterday if you checked, but we had to return it to 180 sec few hours ago to stop the high load situation that caused our service to go down in the past hours. as I said before since reducing countdown still affect the performance of our service we cannot go with it permanently. such tests make us lose and that's why we are very careful with it, but we are trying now to detect the real reason of that and if we was able to solve it it might be very possible to reduce countdown permanently.
