Now i'm not all for "vouching" for my own host, as other people do around here, but i will this time :P

First, For many hosts Cheap + Best do not go together!

No it is not. My friend has a gamercard website where he offers gamercards for forums and blah blah blah. He was NEVER down. I repeat NEVER DOWN. He is still on the same host as day 1.

And your point is? I never said there weren't :P

But you will be caught faster by your host than DMCA.

Atleast with a DMCA they will just suspend and ask you to remove content.
If your host catches you then they will just terminate you without saving your files!
