Therefore, we can conclude that the previous high rate for so many countries highly depends on Google AdSense. After it's gone, it depends on sales from each country. Is it right? However, why does a downloader choose to pay for premium when random servers are down randomly everyday?

Oh, it's so unhealthy. Maybe it's time to leave PPD3. This mode is no longer good for you and me. Such mode doesn't encourage downloaders to buy premiums. I guess the mode was designed for profits from Google AdSense. I will switch to PPD4 probably if it's true. At least downloaders can experience the full speed of single thread download and then make a decision. However, some servers gave them 50 ~ 80 KB/s when I was on PPD3. I'm worried they wll face the same issue even if I've switched to to PPD4. It will affect their decisions a lot.
Besides, do you plan to add website earnings regardless PPD or PPS? Many other filehosts offer it to attract webmasters and forum admins.
As to slow servers, I really want to use my premium privilege to test all my 12639 files, delete files on slow servers, and re-upload them to faster servers, but I'm worried that I will get banned because of abuse. Do you have any APIs to let me know the place where a file is placed to by giving its download link?

Now what i see every filehost shaving perfectly smoothly for them bills not a big things but we cannot ignore this thing also they have too much burden they do some cheats also in ppd but its ok but atleast give some thing to uploaders or me only no filehost is good right now .

but a nice story ! where is filesonic ?
some uploaders always expectation very much and they dont know about filehost's problems , one day google disabled our account , one day popups pay 1/3 rates , one day merchant closed also every day we pay 30% tax , 10% fee .
do you know $45,000 only we cost without $1 profit !?
we always want the best for uploaders but conditions dont allow

1. Thailand floods in 2011 made HDD more expensive. FileSonic rented servers with old contracts from WebZilla (NL & USA).
2. Paypal became unfriendly to filehosts after MegaUpload was raided in 2012. It killed a lot of good filehosts, and finally made them dishonest.
Anyway, relying on Google AdSense is unprofessional. It shouldn't be treated as a stable income in the first place. Now we all know KatFile should learn more lessons in the near future.
