Hi Katfile, I received email from info@katfile, the email stated that the PPD rates have increased? Is that true??

Because as i see, the rate for 2048 has dropped, But you put S. Korea and Japan in Plan A now, Can you consider in changing Taiwan and China from Plan B to Plan A? ^^ thanks

Yes of course , we will change Taiwan and China from Plan B to Plan A
 
That's awesome!! When will you change it?? Can you please upgrade MY and SG to plan B too? Is that possible? In my opinion Katfile is more popular in Asia as compared to western countries

hope you will give an answer also to my question ! yesterday my self i downloaded as a fre user 7 files 1 gb each .great speed no prb while downloading dont now why you say downoad incomplete and that for a 10 mb file :(
 
focus on asia is oki but why remove USA? USA is one of the top premium buyers, my stats dropped coz of that, im sure many of here will notice it too, usa is the biggers market to sell anything

But I register and applied for the fee removal since last payment made and Katfile said yes to me for the removal of fee, but i still received 21.69 USD instead of 23 USD, Katfile you can do better than this please!

really we want to pay without fee but at germany tax is 40% also exchange money in germany is high , and if you need we pay quickly we need exchange money .
 
Hi! Can you explain about the 30% Fee for daily payment? I don't quite understand that


For example if i were to request 20 USD, what does that 30% fee means? Am i getting only 14 USD? while the remaining 6USD to pay for the paypal fee? Please don't tell me i am right about this
