I guess Chrome 54 is a problematic version. A lot of forums users complain that they cannot access those forums by Chrome 54, but IE, Firefox, Opera, and so on can access those forums without any problems. Hence they also have some problems when they tried to download files from BigFile. Downgrading Chrome version can solve this issue.

3. Copy that
4. Paste that into the field that says "Premium Voucher Code"

Jo: Achievements of uploaders are incremental. Attacted downloaders should be increased during the two months. It's not so easy to be saturated. If you see someone's current stats is the same as the one in September, it shouldn't be treated as a normal case. It indicates his achievement rolls back to September.

gibalah: That would be the wrong assessment as files are deleted and also traffic doesn't particularly increase because you upload more files . If your case was true we would be in Alexa top 100 by now and we would be a little bit off from that. The only case that your statement holds true is, if a host folds; traffic is then diverted to whoever comes next in line to receive it, and only then would you be seeing an incremental rise in your numbers.

Now there are a lot of downloaders, choose another new host. Because these hosts have better download speed, and fewer restrictions.

For free users: 3 minutes wait (increased), the page reload after enter the captcha to download the file. I have tried donwload a file without premium, this loop happend 3 times, I gave up after that.
Users already report about this and may be the cause of low stats.
