It could be that USB from ur PC is not working good or it might be a software problem, but first take ur pc to an tehnician and see if that solves the problem.

Try to remove device from device manager and configure it again . I hope that will fix your issue.

Try with some of the below tricks, hope they can work.

1) Remove HDD from your cabinate and take backup via another system and again install the same in your Cabinate. (make sure electric connection is off )
2) Reboot your system and try
3) Check your systems USB/PS2 connections at CPU (cabinate) ends (make sure electric connection is off )
4) Try with HDD reinstallation via another system and then rebooting your system.
5) If still issue exist then kindly contact your Hardware engineer.

If your system is booting properly then the issue could be related to device drivers or physical ports , mouse & keyboard.

Restart Your System and try to go to in BIOS mode if your keyboard is working fine during BIOS Mode. Then it means you need to reinstall your Keyboard and mouse drivers .

Is this a wireless keyboard and mouse? If so, try replacing the batteries even if you think they are good. Next, update the drivers or reinstall them. 9 times out of 10 this will resolve your issues.
