Its still heavily developed, anyway all works, just cosmetic updates and main core system updated, we have updated that PLANS, also you can get free credits by mailing us so thats not a big problem tho.

i does not see it blocked did you something tried? we have auto block system for intrusion and some other special anti-hacking preventions

edit:
can be if you used this ip (if its vpn or so) we have blocked whole 81.4.243.131/32 long time before as someone something tried on us before, like ddos etc so it stay blocked.

I thought can pull something like that but one issue was how do I bill people? well, I thought about that your credits and stuffs but when I thought users always run low money when the service he most wanted .. then I dropped that project. But after seeing you in action now my ideas cleared and I can get people more tangible service now too..
