They do that in bulk when got notice from ie CC operator...
Happens mostly when someone bought prem but one of the links was inactive...

Of course it's not, in past good times with RG you should get this in a few days, some good uploaders got that even in one day.
I'm telling about they shaving practice with all users, fresh and old.
