We have multiple servers, each divided into VPS so that all accounts don't get affected for a single reason.

could be but never know not dissing it at all
just it has a lot of limitations for vB
like the suasion hosting edit problems

We have php hardened, therefore might be some issues with a few plugins.
But that can be solved, at least if you ask for support.



Hello kennt we have been looking into your issue.
Current transload tested speed from rapidshare premium is 6 mbps.
 
Are you sure current transload speed from Rapidshare is 6mbps? Because that's not what I'm getting.

I'm getting 700kbps from rapidshare and 400kbps from Megaupload. I could even provide you with screenshots if you wish. It has been like this for nearly a week.

And when I say Speed is awfully slow ranging from 50-80kbps, I mean uploading. I told you that I often upload and hardly ever download at all. I do not wish to say all of these in your thread. So if you could reply my PM, that'd be great. And also, if there's any solution to the problem, it'd be even better.

warning - this host is completely useless - if the downtime does not get you then they will close your account without notice anyway. No emails nothing.

I repeat over 4 days (yes days) downtime since i joined only a short period back.

So far in my testing of several hosts, only wrzhost has not gone down. Look there for reliable hosting.

As of now i have no emails from scorpiohost and site has been taken down.

As already discussed with you, your site has been suspended for hosting porn images and 1 or 2 .wmv files in our server.

Your account has already been unsuspended, and you said you will move to hostgator.

So hopefully, we are clear now.


As for downtimes, we had 1 downtime (not 4 days though) a long time back because of our DC having some hardware problems.
We have shifted DC, and now we have really good uptime.
(Others using our services will support that)

I've been using the germany server for afew days now, and it's either down, loading slowly or ok for like upto an 1hr or so then it starts all going slow, cpanel dies, shots up cannot connect etc.
