Yes, it will count and you will receive the commission

That error means the file is still encoding. Did you upload it via ftp? If so, the main ftp host may take longer than the alternate hosts.

I uploaded that file directly via web method.

Is there anywhere option to fix the iframe size according to my need ?

Does it still show that error?

You can edit the embed url with the required dimensions. Just change 640x360 & width/height parameters in the url

Getting "Server not found" error..
