why some (most) of my videos aren't playing?
i just uploaded it a week ago and always "server not found" when played

Upgraded your account. What browser/OS are you using? Do you have flash player installed, and are you using a proxy or vpn to view videos?

If I post a embaded code on my blog , does those views count and got commission for those views ?

Yes, it will count and you will receive the commission

That error means the file is still encoding. Did you upload it via ftp? If so, the main ftp host may take longer than the alternate hosts.
