[Help] 500 internal server error

Hi,
I just changed my VPS service. When i backup my files, configed i got " 500 internal server error "
I using Cpanel free trial
This is error log :

Ok let me see for one you should have masked the ip's when posting. By the looks of the log the the file's you are backing up and missing on the server.
To fix this all you need to do is make the files and upload them or using SSH with vi or nano to make them on the server and that can be blank.
