which server providers you use???
We generally do not discuss such things on forums. It's possible to lookup our IP's.

I got the second payment. The only amazing thing in this host is fast payment. Nothing is perfect 100%
We understand the importance of fast payments, I personally believe that you can benchmark a hosts performance by their ability to pay people in a timely fashion.
If an extended delay is required it's very likely they wouldn't be financially capable of handling emergency situations (servers, legal issues, billing, etc).
With that said I'm not saying that a host is going out of business just because they have a longer delay in their payouts than we do, there is a lot more to consider as well such as affiliate fraud.
We look forward to amaze you in the future :fly:

For a general update:
Our issues occurred when we experienced a big increase in network traffic while we where in the process of upgrading our network connectivity.
Simultaneously we where provisioning additional storage units.
Performing both upgrades at the same time caused some congestion. We have identified all the issues and already taken steps to prevent a similar event from happening in the future.
Our network upgrades are completed but the storage space is still being provisioned. We are closely monitoring the progress and do not expect there will be further impact on our service.

remote upload still not working.
not sure about ftp upload, since free account doesn't allow it.
Free users DO get FTP upload. Just use your regular username & Password to login.
Could you PM me the URL you are trying to download so I can investigate ?

Just tested it and got this result:
383.9 Mb from 1 Gb

Upload speed: 16315 KB/Sec
Time remaining: 43 seconds

i try remote uploading with a RL and filefactory trafficshare enable link both not working.
ftp upload is working with RL though.

something wrong with your remote upload is 1-100KB/sec.
uploading with the same server thru ftp ~5000 KB/sec. but some of the files upload thru FTP either doesn't appear or take a long time.

Yeah files appearing may take some time with FTP, have experienced that myself.

Instant with Neembuu, though.

That's odd. My Neembuu uploads appear instantly in the list.

Just had a problem with uploading, though. Had to switch to Neembuu Nightly build. With official, upload just stopped cold at 100%, no fail or anything and no file appearing in the list either.

But now with Nightly uploading is fine again.

as usual , there a problem with uploading .
ftp upload takes long time to appear in my file list " hours "
web upload and zoom upload and nembuu upload are very slow 250 kb /s

Send me a trace route from your upload location and we'll look into the issue.

Did you try using our own app to upload ? I believe both zoom and nembuu is using our web interface. They may not work well with SSL, if you are experiencing issues with their apps try and contact them so the problem can be resolved.
FTP uploads are working without issues, it will be imported within 15 minutes after the last change to the file. Depending on your FTP client it may continue to "touch" the file hence change the time stamp and delay the import.
I suggest you try and upload then logout from FTP.

Our current bandwidth usage is below 15% of our capacity so I'm certain we have no connectivity issues. Sales are also up which suggest a flawless user experience :)
