when everything was going perfect, you decrease rates, very bad
i was moving all my other host traffic to xerver
i still waiting to change your mind & make it what it was before
why not you make flat rate for all countries 10000 download/views = 30 euro no tiers
then you will see the real drama from that user smartboy & his pain

We have not changed referral rates, before you say things like this please ask some other users if they are having the same problem as you are.

Please send me your referral username that you are having a problem with so I can check this for you.

you guys also know, conversion is nearly impossible, then why you're asking high rate...? PPS is same tier for all countries better use that...? why you're forcing xerver, better you can use PPS and earn same from all tier..?

may be you're in PPD, better switch to pps and try and post your screenshot after 10 days and tell me how many sales from tier 4..?,
i am 100 % sure you rarely get sale from tier 4 country, thats why we all guys call as tier 4.

also i am not expecting anything from xerver.


Did you know the reason behind seperating 4 tiers..?
tier 1 - high sales, tier 2 medium, tier 3 - atleast rare sale, tier 4 - rarely or zero sale (that even not pay it's bandwidth spent cost).


Rapidgator : $0.5 /1000 for tier 4
Fileom : $0.5/1000 for tier 4
Hulkfile : $1/1000
Billionuploads : $ 1.5/1000 for tier 1
uploaded.net/Oboom => not pay for tier 4 countries
Vidzbeez => not pay for tier 4 + all tier 4 countries are blocked for download.

also bandwidth is not cheap, they have to pay their server bills, server admin, support, affilaite manager and still more.

why these guys forcing you is, other filehost not even hear this greedy (they only want to earn fromothers loss) guys voice, thats why they're changing your mind by attractive words, filehost who increased rate according to these guys are disappeared by time, as they're not ready to pay bills, also thats the reason why big filehosts paying less for tier 4.
few tier 4 country bandwidth usage is more than tier 2, so from calculation you understood, already loss or earning less from tier 4

Decision is always yours and by your team.

you guys may think i am creating drama, then why you guys not forcing Rapidgator/uploaded.net/fileom/hulkfile and other filehost for €3.2/1000 ? :P

thats not true buddy, we can get download from any country, only thing is what you post and where you post,
If you have website with good reputation then with a simple post to explain why you're changing filehost, then user understood and start downlod from it.


If the xerver use €32/10k means, you stary with xerver, but possibly they close in few months due to loss.

if you still need clear explaination.

Tier 1 + tier 2 + tier 3 coutnries = less than 30 countries + high earning than paying for bandwidth + other expenses
Tier 4 countries = all remaining countries (nearly 100 +) - no earning or less - also bandwidth usage of all tier 4 countries is greater than all countries in tier 1,2,3. so already tehy're paying big to bandwidth for price, then again paying high for affilaite is nearly impossible......if they pay means, big loss.

bandwidth cost + paying affilaite from zero earning tier 4, then how they pay..? they pay from profit from other 3 tiers, but that not last for long time and one day this whole filehost disappear

Few guys asking put all countries to one rate (single rate), that is like selling pizza, burger, hot dogs, pepsi for single fixed price in shop..? thats impossible.

business trick, no suddenly 32 to 10 not fair, they should start with 10

no need to swith automatically all the videofiles convert ,users have both the options the view or to download in the same page .and both the methods counts in the reports i think so
