How to change native Os in dedicated server?

please help me, on dedicated server native Os Ubuntu 13.10, how to to install/emulate Winserver 2012 x64 (Ubuntu replacing) ?

Major provider allow to install windows only if you pay window's fee.

You can emulate only in virtual machine, but you have to install it like vps.

Hello,
You should ask your hosting provider for a KVM Console. Then you can mount the ISO and install your OS.
They usually ofer a free KVM Console for up to 2 hrs. This should be plenty of time to install Windows Server

You need KVM/ iLO Console, and Windows Server ISO.

Talk to your dedicated server provider for KVM Access.

Many big providers have the OS Reinstallation Option in their control panel itself. If not, you need to have KVM access..
