I'm using this RDP service since 4 days ago..and I can say I'm very happy with this RDP:
-friendly support..(contacted via skype and email )
- fast speeds/ rar proceses
- all aplications I need was already instaled
- NO REBOOT /DOWNTIME

Yeah, it was. But it was fixed after few hours. Some database issues from host side.
