Need Advice & Little Help Plz :( ???

Ok i was offline for 1 day and came back to this issue
i was selling my rapidshare accounts here i created from my points
this guy wanted to buy 1
so i sent him my paypal email , and he did not respond in time there for i sold the account .. the guy pm'd me giving transaction info ect ..
but he sent an e-check what means i have to wait for payment to go in ,
so he asked me to cancel it (as you will see in the screenshots) but i cannot cancel this as i told him and he would be the one who needed to cancel the payment . but i also says to him if i get the payment i would be happy to create him an account but he alwready got a account,
so i replyed to the pm below saying i can refund him if i get the payment but i cannot cancel the payment and he started saying shit like i will report you as scammer and stuff but i have done nothing rong it was his mistake not mine and i sold 3 rapidshare accounts here all were easy and fast deals and none of them complained about accounts or payments but i dont want to get a rep here for being a scammer because of 1 guy who made a mistake and is taking it out on me,
so i wanna know how i will go about getting this guy to wait for the payment to go into my account so i can refund him.

what should i do ?

i did but he says i have todo it :S or other wise he will report me as scammer but i clearly cannot close it ..
i can show you screenshots of my paypal to prove this
