You're blinded ? Now if you are not in SEPA department/location/country/etc. ALL paiements with a SEPA service will declined, that's it.

So what ? European banks are now completely isolated from the rest of the world ? they will only deal with SEPA countries ? because basically that's what you are saying, and I don't think that's the reason, I think uploaded is trying to cut back on some expenses by stalling with this SEPA thing.

paid status, normally it take 2 days to be in my account, the last paid in feb only 1 day... and then in my account

Yes, you can do it, but it is a little complicated the first time.
