UL never cheated anyone.
I am using UL from 1 Year and 3 days and always got paid within 7-30 days. (Longest was some 30 days when UL was having some problem with Webmoney in Feb or march)

Yesterday I saw my account,and I see, my account is Premium.But I didn't buy premium and didn't use my balance for premium membership.
Now I have premium for 2 months,but I don't need it.The biggest problem is that,the 2x9.99 EUR has disappeared from my account balance!
So the point,how it happened if I didn't do anything in my account?I wrote to them,but no answer until yet.
