Ok, I figured it out I think. It's a DNS problem not with the FTP. If I use the IP address I can connect to the server.

that good people sit on a 50kbs download on a 2gb file sale premium accounts alot quicker
sales are very low in last 7 days but downloads many
anyone have that issue ?

Sales is fine, using RG for more than a year now and i don't have complains with sales. I get sales everyday, I also experienced a day with no sale at all maybe around 3 - 4 times since I started with RG but that's fine with me. That's how it works. You don't get a fix number of sales everyday, sometimes you have sales and sometimes you don't.
I also tried buying account from my own links / website and all of them was credited instantly.
If you're not satisfied with your sales maybe you're posting the wrong file at wrong place

Help With Virtual Credit Card (VCC).
Could someone please give me a tip here, I have been trying to get paid by RG's Virtual Credit Card ever since they offered it, My balance is over $500 as required but first RG's support told me "We cannot send the VCC email activation link if you have a USA address listed in your stats", Ok, fine, I changed it to a Canadian address. next payout day it was, "You have entered your own Credit Card number in the Credit Card field, (I thought I was supposed to) we cannot pay to this, please enter the Virtual Credit Card number that was in the email activation link". Huh? I never RECEIVED the VCC activation link, that's the problem. So, now when I email them saying I never got the link, and can they send it or what do I do, they are not even bothering to reply now.
Has anyone else here had this much grief trying to get paid by RG VCC? What am I still doing wrong?
Any suggestions? Does anyone from Rapidgator actually read this discussion thread, that you know of?
