I can understand your frustration but sadly there is nothing we can do from our end. The server is down from leaseweb's end and we have contacted them a million times but we still haven't got a explanation for the downtime from them.

Kindly open a support ticket and we will provide you a temporary RDA to work with.

I opened a ticket yesterday and have not received a response

Hi, good day. I'm new on this thingy so i would like to ask few questions, hope you don't mind.

1. If i use it can i download the file back to my pc?
2. I saw public torrents are allowed, is this apply on all server or just NL? Is there any limit on active torrent?
3. If i need certain program i need to contact install?
4. If i needed can i create a dialer for VPN usage?

1. Yes you can download files to your PC using FTP. We provide FTP with all plans upon request free of cost.
2. Downloading from public torrents is allowed but not seeding. It applies to all servers.
3. Yes you need to contact us and we will install your programs.
4. Sorry you need to explain that a little more to me.

For the VPN part cause of some forums only allowed specific country to visit and post that's why i'm asking if i needed can i create a dialer to use it. (Of course not spamming.)

Well if you want to create a dialer in server than sorry you cannot since it will effect all the users. However you can configure a proxy in your browser to achieve the same result.

No, i'm not going to create a dialer in server, don't misunderstand, i just create in my slot, so only my slot and only me able to connect and won't affect others. Isn't it everyone do have their own slot?
