You guys null routed my IP for 3 days (without warning) already and support is slow to respond. Running an active forum people, there bound to be someone posting illegal content such as child porn without the knowledge of the admin happens pretty often. I'm sure everyone who runs a adult forum comes across this problem.

You guys asked me to remove it, but how can I if I have no access to my site or database? When you do finally give me access to take care of it, you only give me 1 hour and 30 mins to remove a post?

It has been over 1 hour and 30 minutes.

How long did it take your team to respond to my tickets? Well, I'm a one guy and I do need to sleep, i'm not online 24 hours a day. Giving me an hour and 30 mins to take action isn't reasonable.

What you guys should had done is contacted me before null routed my IP and should had gave me at least 12 hours remove it a long with the URL where it was posted. It's impossible to monitor million

No No, you never wait more than 30min ~ 1h, if you waited more than 30min ~ 1hour per response, then something must be wrong.
We removed the nullroute, hopefully not happen again. We do not tolerate Child porn.

I am since 4 months by evoluso, great support, fast speed and prices are okay.
I have make a change by KVM and the server not works and the evoluso Team is very fast by support, i hope my server run again when the admin reset the KVM-Setting. Sorry, my english not so good :/
