Ok i believe Web Host wj threads are only for selling their product or pre sale question, demos, user reviews, etc.. & we Wj users are free to write anything about any host But should be legit. i am creating this thread because RDAHeaven guy suspend me because i post few replies to his thread.

First One read Here
i was just giving an advise to random user & asking about ip which server demo that you had tested.

Now kindly read this Full to understand what exactly went through i have added screens as well.

i had custom plan with them on their server ip: 37.***.**.10 Last weekend they introduced Weekend deal i was interested in & i did not order because i was asking about demo and in this process all slots were filled.

one of the staff member reply to the ticket we can offer you Extended plan(weekend deal) on your current server.

Second Staff replied we cannot provide you because no slots are available on that server. read 3rd one.

it is clear they dont wanna give me slot on that server for whatever reason but they are giving demos to others. this is ok.

Now after some time i got this in my ticket.

This is Clear that they have decided to suspend my service because of those replies & why i have posted Has been explained above.

This thread is not against RDAHEAVEN they did refund my outstanding balance i was with them for almost 2months & service was good according to share environment but i believe it is just not right to suspend user service because he did write some comments on their wj thread even it does not matter if the replies are fake or not , if they are fake Host should Report to MOD with proof or ask user to delete them rather suspending the service.

They make bullshit TOS & then they try to take advantage of them... i hope Staff should apply some new rule to prevent this in future.

Well.... if one does not agree with TOS the one should not buy a service. You got refunded so i do not see really reason to complain. Internet is HUGE place and you are free to go for some other provider. I am not taking any ones side here because i too had problems with RDA heaven but eventually it was solved. Service and performance is good, it is way better solution than to pay 200+$ every month for server.
Some hosts are jerks but even i was rude because of poor performance they took it calm. Im not even sure that i would take mine own crap at that point but we managed to work it out. Any problem you had, you should keep private cause from what i can see i had bigger problems than you and yet i waited. It took 4 days but hey, compare price with other providers, it is reasonable.
Like i said before, if you do not like TOS dont buy. TOS are made to protect provider no matter if you like it or not.

^ you are clearly missing the point mate. it is clear that they decided not to give me service because of my replies at their thread this is wrong, Wj is not their home is it? we user are free to write anything about any hosts & i am also not complaining about suspension since there are good hosts then rdaheaven i am happy i found one.

what the hell is this? i write they are lying with me at my ticket now its time to move on & few mins after they decided not to give me service because of that? they refunded me because they have to if they wanna stay here..

Any complaining (including on WJ) might piss the provider off.

Rule 1 .. don't make a connection between your WJ identity and your hosting account.
Rule 2 ... refrain from support in their thread (support is allowed) and keep your conversations private.

You could have sorted out the issue in private. You got reply from two staffs. So the chances

a) They do have multiple servers on 37.xx range
b) May be one of the staff was wrong about the slot availability.


You took your time to open a thread here; You could have avoided all these things if you took some time to post these on their client portal.
 
i have done a lot bro it was there for days they even give me bad feedback one of the reply above saying Fuck off so what u can expect. btw they are fine if i brought these here.
 
Like i said, if you do not agree with TOS do not buy. Buying and then complaining how TOS is shit is shit of its own kind you know. Its like signing up for army and then when they want to send you out to die you say "well your TOS is shit".

Look, if i do not trash you at your own place but i talk trash about you all over your street would that piss you off. Off course it would. Yes i know how they tend to neglect problems at servers but personally i think that some things are out of their reach and they "solve it" that way. I already mentioned my problem and they solved it.

Anyway wee all use RDA for "illegal" purpose, so there is no much space to complain. Fact is that most of users are satisfied with service if that was not case their WJ thread would be flooded with bad reviews. Believe me and i think that you already know that most of hosts from same niche are far worse.

Point is that you should not have do this publicly as you did. Most of these rdp hosting sites are ran by kids. I remember that my first hosting "company" was owned by some 14 years old kid.

I am not against RDAHeaven nor I am targeting them but I can say that if a provider gets pissed off by user grievances then it clearly indicates incompetency. Every provider should deal with customers in an affable manner regardless of the attitude of the customer.

lol where i say i write fake comments i have given proof above 2 screen shots why i post those replies.. its not fake if they believe they are fake why not they report my replies to MOD instead they decided not to give me Service..
my purpose of opening this to let other knows who they cant bear a single comment about their service in their thread.. i bet they are F**king kids look at the above screen where the staff complaining about those replies.

& they only have 1 server with 37. ip thats only best server they got rest are just lame oversold.

if the webhost are not able to bear those comments where i did not even curse them or call their service bad what i wrote its simple. i have been with other suppliers too & they never complain such stuff instead they try to resolve issue with me.

even now you lie say that they have one server coz i client of them and i has server with 37 but not ending in one you post. so they dont have one server.

what about not posting full ticket you want my replies as well let me know i can update those as well no problem here..

the point is hosts should not suspend users because of replies here on wj, because WJ is not their Home. if they believe something is wrong with user replies they should report to MOD instead of cutting the service.
what if i am not their client & i postedd such comments will they announce in advance we are not going to give you service?

How you came to such a conclusion that wowweekend deal = extended plan? Thay may have exact same configurations but due to much lower price wowweekend deal was getting deployed on some other server and extended plan on the server you are pointing to.

And what is wrong with that? As explained earlier we were only deploying high end plans on that server which you were offered.

May I ask how you came to such a conclusion that we gave "gaurav16" demo on same server where we told you we don't have any slot? As told earlier we have 3 servers with IP starting with 37.

I believe you do not understand what the word "Terms of Service" means.

All things left aside Our TOS gives us permission to cancel or not offer any client service if we find our service not suitable for the client. Hence your services were cancelled and remaining amount was refunded to you.

by dragging this issue you will end up in wasting your valuable time
use this time for some constructive purpose like looking for an alternate provider
the more you get involved in this matter the more you will get frustrated and the less you will be able to focus on your work
you should be content with your refund

you are unable to answer my question above. read your above reply 3rd paragraph. you are kicking your clients only because let suppose if they got misunderstood. your job is to tell them not complaining at tickets & suspension.

What the hell is problem dude, you got your money back. You know what i got from my last RDP provider? Nothing, not even proper explanation i had to search through WJ recycle bin to find out what happened. They were reassuring me that service will be back "in few days" and that's how ended.No email notification no money, no service, NOTHING. At least you have your money back. I was surprised when i received email from RDA saying that they have problem with one of servers and that they are working on it. If you think that these guys from RDA treat costumers badly you ain't seen nothing yet buddy.
