Thats what i say

If i have a Software and i cant Protect it for Cracking then the Problem is on my Side not the one that cracked it and sure i would not be Mad but like i say if you cant protect your Own stuff then its your Problem.

What have Money now todo with the Cam Guy The story starts there and not on the Website of the Owner.Without the Cam guy you would not have the Website Simple?!


Other Example:

I send you a Bomb with Ups...........

Ups is giving you the Bomb on your Door.......

So you Close UPS then?! or is UPS then The Bad Guy?

Lets not talk about what's right and what's not.
We all know that this stuff is illegal, and its not allowed worldwide (except a few countries, you know )
Pretty useless commenting that it is legal, and it is not a crime. Ofcourse it is a crime, you are stealing the work of others. That's not justifiable at any cost.

So, lets get back to the topic, can we? :)

This happens when you forget the meaning of what's right and what's wrong. It's WRONG to share stuff that is not yours!

UPS could be a bad guy for not having enough security to catch the bomb.

Based on your logic it's ok for people to steal stuff from your house if you can't protect it and you shouldn't be mad about it.
 
The hollywood should have realized till now that just because of piracy their movies get popular and their actors get popular
According to research people who watch cam prints tend to go out to watch the movie in theatres

Yea right, then they should stop making them trailers and stop wasting money on advertising those trailers. Link me to the research page?
 
Finally Again:

All what i try to say is The Problem starts not ON THE WEBSITE!

It brings nothing if you close "X" amount of Websites with Court Orders as Long as People exist that are able to Record or spread Promo Files.

You have to Hit the Problem on the NUTS,or its a neverending Story very simple.

Well technically if you replace "X" with ALL then yes you do solve the problem.

If nobody can share content then nobody can download so it doesn't matter if a handfull of people are recording it. It's near impossible to stop people sharing as it's near impossible to stop people recording. I'm just saying your technically incorrect.

^ no you cant solve the problem by replacing X with All. you have to kill the source if the source gone many sites will fall according to hence filehosts uploaders, you may not believe but in many private sites there are HD versions of latest movies available but they dont share with public.

i have seen my giant sites got closed via court order but after some time they rise with new names & hiding behind vpn n stuff.

they are not lot of uploaders though they are huge amount of Leechers who ddl from torrents & spread like resident evil virus.

if they wanna solve the problem they have to attack right at the heart of NUTS.

Your missing the point..... if these private and public sites didn't exist how would you find content. If you say Google your not understanding.

You close 1 site another Popup like you see...........

The other thing in this case is the movie Industry will not that this ever will End becouse they earn from sites like this.

If you check the Earning from Hollywood Movie Industry in 2011 and the Earning from 2012 then you will see that they loose Much Money after the Close of Megaupload.

They have thought that they will make more Money but the other case Happends they loose much money for this thats the most funny Part in this Story :hrhr:
 
@ Mr Happy, i am saying btw i have edited my above msg, they have to kill those private sites if the source gone how the hell these giant public sites feed their giant babies.

its simple not by closing one by one those public sites where private sources are still alive.

@ Dead many ppl like to taste first before buying full product. most industry which has been affected by privacy over the years is Software (Games) n Tv Shows,

many ppl complain about porn industry as well Hey sex should be free...

I never said it wasn't a never ending cycle or that other sites wouldn't pop up or that it was the best solution to fighting copyright. I'm just saying its technically possible (yet impractical and unlikely to ever happen) to close all the file sharing sites in the world.

Also losing money in a global recession is not uncommon.
