Anyone have release a dramatically reduce in good sales this month?I got only 1 month premium this month till now.The downloads are more than 1000 each day.Last month the sales of 1 year/6 months was more than 10 and this month so many referrals but 1 sales each day and just one month.I will send a pm to till to check my account if this will continue
 
I have sales but not reciving money on my acc and now is 2 months after request! My status is PAID but still nothing! Anyone have a normal answer from support??
 
So it's normal that he's skeptical about why he doesn't generate new sales. He is just bringing up a simple comparison about his sales. That's it. Even when he was saying he got good amount of sales, he didn't seem to show off. Even though i'm pleased with sales on uploaded. As an answer to cricket1989's comparison, perhaps there's a problem that your users simply have trouble buying premium account(s) rather than a kind of counting issue with uploaded?

I post in 2 forums that i posted the last month.The referrals are good but no sales.Also the download count are pretty good too.I just cant figure out why so dramatically reduce in sales with the new month.

Maybe because my files use a lot of space in their servers?

With the new month the server space of my files got over 20TB.Maybe thats why they dont count sales in order to not delete my files.I just cant think something else.Lets hope the things will change this month from now on.
 
I hope it all turns out the way you expect my friend. Have been working with uploaded for like one year and found out they're really reliable among others. I'm sure it's just a hiccup for you, everyone has good and bad days in this kind of thing after all :)
