And how do you know its not your net connection dude? Before jumping to conclusions I suggest you confirm it from your end. I can say there is no problem as I have just connected to my RDP and it has worked fine. Took me a second to connect to my remote desktop in UK

You may have won the dispute but let me tell you something. Wrongfully-earned money won't get you anywhere. It just shows how pathetic, low and greedy you are.

@lockerz: How much are they paying you to side by them? Everytime someone has a issue and post, you're always here trying to prove them wrong. We do not care if yours run smoothly. Hop off RDAHeadven's dick atleast for a second, can't you?

First you abuse our server by compressing data in C drive and making whole server lag for every client than you filled up C drive with your data making connection to server difficult and then cry about bad performance. When we told you your mistakes you try to point it on us by saying server should be pre configured, Even a new users knows they should only use their drives for everything. Then after using the server for some days you ask for refund and your reason was "You don't have time to use the service"? Obviously we declined it and after that you straight go to payment processor and file a claim. Payment processor decides in favor of us because they also believe we are right here.

We provide Megui and handbrake however we can also provide any custom application on request.

Can I get a Demo? Or maybe pay a few dollars for a 12-24 hour RDP? My current provider has been down and I need to tranfer a website ASAP!
