I call BS on this. I think they are just getting better at deleting fake accounts. I know because I sell Facebook followers and the low quality ones disappear very quickly these day.

Facebook is getting kind of boring, I know of a lot of people who are deactivating their accounts. Instagram has taken over.

why i think facebook is getting boring? e.g em fucked up in my real i joined facebook to meet new ppl but guess what i cant but there are fucking restrictions you cant add him/her did you know him/her what the fuck ?

i came here to meet new ppl not touch with the fucked up ppl around me..

It doesn't matter if they're deleting unused/duplicated accounts or people are leaving facebook. What really matters for many (specially investors and advertisers) are the numbers and a decrease in active accounts (specially in mature markets) is something bad. If it's happening because of duplicated/fake accounts, it means that FB is not as big as they told they were and that can hurt it's image. If it's happening because people are leaving FB, it means that it's losing it's most important asset, thus becoming less interesting for investors and advertisers. And there's also the cycle theory, which I find hard to believe that FB will be able to overcome, though they're trying....and really hard...specially by surpassing some common boundaries.

What they meant, and everyone overlooked that, in simple words, there's no unlimited people on earth, that could register on facebook. These statistics are related to new registered users. So, what dropped is number of new registrations, which is to be expected.

Not sure why would someone like Yahoo use such bad wording.

Also, facebook offers nothing spectacular, and have lots of limitations. Users are feeling bored there.

Looks like the saturation point is coming near. Well, Who doesn't has a facebook now?
Everyone have one. So, I guess the saturation came pretty late actually. I thought it will come early for US.

The people i know who still use Facebook mostly use it for games and that's about it.
Whatsapp seems to be more popular choice if you want to chat to friends or random people from the internet lol.

I don't really care all the much anyway i have a facebook but its really inactive cant really be bothered with it.

Dude i am sure you don't owned a big page .. i owned 2 pages which contains 500k US Top FANS on each ... and i am making huge money .. i never used any game app .. 70% ppl on facebook hate gaming req or games!
